Lucas presented very professionally upon our first meeting and his communication skills throughout the whole process from planning to construction were excellent.I was surprised how quickly he was able to obtain council approval considering I’m in a bushfire area, but as he put it –“I know exactly what information they will need”.My decking was finished off Meticulously in a reasonable period of time and I couldn’t be happier.Thanks Lucas!

More than 12 months after completion we are so pleased with the renovation. Lucas made our plans turn into reality with passion. A reasonably 'major' project including new ensuite,wc, laundry, bathroom, kitchen, living with significant re-roof, we felt confident Lucas had it all covered. Lucas had a massive challenge - To build a house on a very sloped block of land. Used Lucas Building Services to build a deck. From the start Lucas was great at communicating with me which made the project easy to organise. He walked me through the options and was great to deal with. Finished product was very high quality and would definitely recommend his work.

We used Lucas's for a timber deck on our front verandah, We found Lucas's to be very professional, and they kept us well informed as too the expected commencement of construction, and turned up promptly at the agreed date and time. The completed deck looks great, and I recommend them as a great company to deal with. We had a long standing problem with a door step that Lucas fixed by making the deck the same height (no door step now to worry over) During construction, Luca suggested some changes to the design of the deck that have improved its appearance and functionality greatly, and where well worth the additional cost.I would have no hesitation in using Lucas again for a similar project as I got exactly what I wanted, and he is so easy to deal with, yet very professional.

Called Lucas for a quote which was handled professionally, sent images of the building work I was considering, he took the time to look at the images ,call back, listen and then explained an alternative which will save me thousands which meant I didn't need a builder and this advice free of charge....brilliant !
