Absolutely love Fitstop Windsor. The trainers are incredible, the community is so supportive, and the facilities are top of the range! Josh, Shell, Abby and Rhi are so welcoming and make you feel a part of a big, happy, healthy family. The gym is so clean, accessible, and never a dull moment. I've never raved about a gym so much in my life! Definitely recommend Fitstop Windsor to anyone who's looking to change up their fitness routine.

I was never an active person until I joined Fitstop Windsor. That was 3 years ago and the transformation has been incredible. I now workout every day and absolutely love it. I’ve lost 10kg through various challenges and made great friends. The trainers have a positive impact on everyone around them. The ‘high’ I am on walking out the doors at the end of every session is priceless. If you want to improve your physical and/or mental wellness - don’t go anywhere else.

Fitstop is easily the best group-based training on the market. The workouts are non-repetitive and the movements/exercises incorporate what you might do at a standard gym as oppose to non-conventional, injury-prone movements. Every workout is challenging, in the best possible way.The trainers at Windsor show great enthusiasm and knowledge. They’ve created a top notch, inviting atmosphere. There is ample parking and the gym itself is well spaced, with good facilities (showers, toilets, kids corner etc.). So happy I joined Fitstop Windsor.

Absolutely spewing I didn't join earlier. The trainers at Fitstop Windsor put their heart and soul into helping you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. The gym facilities are clean and spacious, in addition to modern bathrooms - and even a crèche! As an absolute bonus: the gym community is incredibly inclusive and supportive.

I joined Fitstop Windsor just over a month ago and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The trainers are amazing and are 100% there for you, pushing you through workouts that are both challenging and fun :) if you are in need of a gym that will motivate you and help you achieve your fitness goals I highly recommend Fistop Windsor!

I signed up to fitstop through the boxing day promotion and my goodness I never would have thought I'd love training as much as I do now! Over the past three weeks I have achieved fitness goals I never thought I could achieve. This comes down to Abbey, Shell and Josh with their motivational, kind and understanding attitudes they have. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend Fitstop Windsor anymore! Thank you for turning my life around and showing me how to implement a healthy lifestyle that is fun into my life!

What a community! Joining Fitstop Windsor 8 months ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made! The trainers are super encouraging and helpful! Sessions always have a great atmosphere and the workouts vary daily so you are guaranteed a challenge! Great location with lots of parking! Perfect for all fitness levels. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering giving it a go!!!
