Goodlife Health Clubs Bibra Lake
I have recently joined Goodlife, and I have been using the Bibra Lake branch. I am loving it! The staff have been very friendly and knowledgeable, and with the group classes I have done so far each of the instructors has been fantastic. I love the nice big, spacious room that we do the group classes in. I haven't tried out the pool, spa and sauna yet but am really looking forward to doing so. Very excited with my new membership and vey happy so far with everything I have seen and experienced at Goodlife Bibra Lake.

I cannot flaw Goodlife bibra lake, I’ve been to multiple gyms trying to find an environment that caters to my needs more so than just working out. The team are so supportive, and enthusiastic. I genuinely look forward to my quick chats and catch ups with the staff before heading up to the floor. I can’t picture myself anywhere else.

Would be great but just slowly falling apart and poorly maintained. Staffed hours decreasing little by little. Pool and spa area often out of order and dirty. Honestly increase the price of membership or start a go fund me to get this place back together.

Not worth a single star when it comes to customer serviceVery disappointed in the Goodlife management at Bibra Lake location.A lot of promises made during the membership onboarding process, which now is transpiring in to miss leading behavior.Seems there is a focus on pushing for sign up and no interest in ongoing reputation.So sad to see facilities run this way.Be careful and join a gym that wants your business for the right reasons.

Stay away from this branch, especially if you are an international student, they use malicious practices to sign you up for a 12 month contract even if you are only in the country for 6 months, and will wait until after you have left the country, even if you advised them months prior to leaving and blame you for not understanding the terms and conditions, as well as harass you with debt collecting notifications,There is no communication from them, and are only looking for bottom line interests, you are not a valued customer if you are not paying them.Great front desk customer service, extremely poor managing above.

This place is ok and in a handy location- there are some negatives since going 24hr.24hr is a blessing and a curse. The good is that there access system works well and you can train wherever. The negative is that you can no longer utilise the pool/spa area beyond 8pm or after 1pm Saturday and Sunday. That means no work out and sauna session at night or no arvo swim in summer following training.Other than that it’s pretty good - could spend some more money and update the decor and some gear.

One of the more notable experiences with this gym is the service oriented manner of the staff. Anytime we’ve needed to make any enquiry or arrangement, the service has been outstanding and solutions focused with a level of care and attention that stands out amongst others. Additionally, the equipment is always serviced well and repairs appear to be actioned very promptly. Great work Goodlife & well done.

Have been to a few gyms before joining Goodlife. I have been continuously going to the gym over 6 months and have to say that gym has an amazing environment. This gym is suitable for both experienced and new members. There are plenty of classes you can join and many personal trainers to chose from (if you are wanting to do PT). Love the pool and the sauna. All in all this gym is amazing. If you are looking for a new gym, give Goodlife a go! You won’t be disappointed.

Goodlife Health Clubs Bibra Lake
After 20 years at Goodlife I'm tossing up with renewing my membership or going elsewhere as I need a pool. Canning Vale is too far. As others have mentioned Bibra Lake has great potential, however it has been neglected over the years and the pool are is cold, dark and grimy. If they gave the pool a much needed overhaul, had it at a comfortable temperature with better access hours, I'd happily give 5 stars.
