Pretty good not as good as macdonalds has been a baby bug in one of my meals once and the nuggets are 0/10 but the reds burgers are 100/10 also give arais to the nice lady that sings welcome to red rooster and that's really nice

Food is extremely lacklustre but their whole chicken is quite tasty. Service is too pushy, like most fast food restaurants.

They sent me a duplicate order (and double charged me). I sent one back with the driver as I didn’t order it. I have emailed several times to chase this up and to ask for my $35 to be refunded. Nobody has replied or even acknowledged my emails. Very poor customer service *** UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER-I have used this contact form several times already and I have received NOTHING back. Not even an acknowledgment and definitely not the $35 I feel was STOLEN from my bank account. If I came into your store and took $35 out of the till you’d have me arrested, yet you take $35 out of my bank, ignore my emails, and then when I post a review you pretend like you’re going to do something. Seriously?

7pm and they had no roast chicken. They were able to still provide fried chicken and burgers though and staff were great about it.

My favourite work lunch stop. While the food is good what keeps me going back is the staff. Always welcoming, especially Erin who is always there to meet you with a smile and a big hello.

Have been coming here for awhile now and I have to say the workers at this store could show most restaraunts in perth how to serve customers the staff are always always!!!! Friendly and just pleasant to deal with which I feel isn’t very common these daysfor years this has been consistent love you guys keep up the good work!!

Some real scrotes (guys) on today (Sunday). Ordered 2 identical meals but had different things in them.Yah nah. Check your order before you leave.
