Awesome Cafe, great staff, very friendly and they acknowledge everyone as a valued customer. Amazing selection of ready made food including muffins, rolls and pasties. Or very easy to order a meal from the menu. Coffee is so on point. Thanks Ruth and your great crew.

I absolutely love this place what is there not to like the styling of the cafe the food and drinks most of all you seriously could not find the best customer services anywhere else and cos I'm a regular and have been for years they know me and we have a certain routine setup to help me and them due to I'm very hard at hearing and have anxiety issues they are the biggest life savers and such patient understanding people plus most of the regular staff knows my order off by heart lol fricken best sandwich ever I say so people I truly highly recommend you to go there even with the kiddies they got sittings and stuff for them

I want to start of by saying the gent behind the counter (I assume he's the owner or manager) is always A+ 120% customer service! i've been here a few times now and it doesn't matter if the place is packed or if it's quiet you always get the same friendly smile and attention to your order.I love to support small businesses as much as I can but it's so hard to do so these days when you compare what you pay for at a cafe vs a major takeaway chain. I'm always happy to pay more for the small local guy as long as the food and drink is at least good enough you would tell someone else to go there.$38 today for a zucchini slice that had zero flavour, a breaky wrap that tasted like it was just egg inside, a slice of cake and a iced coffee. I can buy a hot coffee that requires you to make the shot, heat up the milk and spend more time and energy to make for $4 less than an iced coffee?? I don't see how that makes sense, but it's heart breaking to walk out, take a bite or a sip and say to yourself. I'll just throw this out and get a coffee from a bigger chain where it's not burnt and is drinkable and some food too because it at least has seasoning, sauce and flavour.Yes times are tough and people have to make money to pay wages, rent, bills etc but its hard to feel good about doing so when you pay double what you can pay down the street and throw most of it away.

Friendly cheerful service, the selection of food and meals is plentiful, I nearly always get a coffee which is also excellent. The last time I went I grabbed a ham & cheese crosont to take away and for the first time ever it was burnt but I will still be going back as that is unusual.

At last a proper Italian style cappuccino!I have been coming to this cafe since it opened years ago and come every morning for my coffee fix and often food. I love all the people who work there and have made many friends who are also regulars - we all love the place.Thank you all who work at Rubrents- my second home!
