What a fraud. We paid and it clearly stats pick up is Greenacre.seller Doesn’t respond. Not helpful at all and very rude!!!!! I have images of conversation to prove it !!!!!! Bad bad bad STAY AWAY ghosts seller!!!

Purchased 6 stage RO filter, and received 5 stage, made 100 calls to office no one answer. Received a call from a guy called me psycho , whoever return the call is sick.bad bad customer service, product is not Pure n Safe as illustrated, called ecosafe and nothing mamention MADE IN GERMANY but listed as Made in Germany, not a genuine company, dont buy

Brought one of their duel water filters (bench top model).Water out of it tasted terrible, like it has a foreign taste, like plastic or chlorine taste.I thought maybe it was just because of being new (i doubted it) but i tried tocontact them by email, no reply.Tried to contact them by their own contact section on their website, still no reply.So this is why you all are getting this

Absolutely Terrible customer service, I ordered a pressure tank from this company, it arrived damaged from transit in a box with no padding around the legs, the leg is bent and a cracked weld. It has been over 2 months of battling with them, 20 emails this far in the conversation. Still they have not arranged for a replacement.I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.I am now taking the matter to consumer protection, hopefully this company then takes the matter seriously.
