If I could rate 0 for customer service here I would. The staff here are not only completely useless but are rude, have terrible attitudes and make shopping there an uncomfortable experience. What a shame that this is the representation of a brand we all love, will stick to online.

Had a really pleasant time shopping at the Claremont store, the shop assistants were lovely and super helpful. Prada in particular helped me find a few timeless pieces that i can add to enhance my wardrobe, the fit and quality is great. Will absolutely shop again - hoping Prada will be there to help me

I recently had the pleasure of introducing one of my very special clients to SIR. Claremont. We were greeted by Brenna who welcomed us warmly and had our fitting room ready with all of our SIR. choices. Brenna was helpful, friendly and professional. The store was extremely busy at one point and the highest level of customer service was consistently maintained between us and the other guests. Thank you for making this a 5 star shopping experience that my client will remember.
