MTM understand sentiment. 18 months ago they used my old, worn, and cut (due to a doctor saving my finger) wedding band to melt down with new gold and create a new band so I'd still be wearing the same ring my Wife put on my finger near 20 years ago. Today they went above and beyond again to expedite a resize operation on that same band so my Wife and I can fly out tomorrow to attend a wedding. Very courteous and understanding people. 100% recommend.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who had asked all around Colonnades for a sentimental ring from my grandmother to be cleaned and polished. Nearly all of the jewellers in Colonnades had refused to clean the ring due to COVID-19 regulations. MTM took the job with ease and delivered their promise to clean and polish the ring, and also handed it back to us not asking for a price. We are astonished with the service provided and will definitely be coming back.

Maciej, Teresa & Matt were outstanding in their quality and service. From meeting, to sizing, selecting the details and finally picking up our beautiful wedding rings, they were superb in every aspect! My now husband went through them for my stunning engagement ring, so without a doubt they were our choice for wedding rings. They matched my wedding band to my engagement ring perfectly! Post wedding we even had the two fused together so that they don't move around. Nathan's wedding band was perfect, sloped down the edges and brushed in the centre with a comfort fit. I can safely say that these rings will withstand the test of time and will be with us forever. Thank you so much for everything!

I went there to buy my birthday present and the man in there was so rude. Practically He did not want to sell me one of the products and instead He rudely sent me to buy elsewhere. what an awful person, if you want to be treated badly go to this place.

I have used this wonderful local jewellery manufacturer on a few occasions now, from custom work to cleaning and size adjustment. I have found them to be kind, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and extremely well priced.There hasn't been a request that they haven't been able to accommodate for me. Such a wonderful, welcoming, friendly place. They were honest about what could be achieved, managing my expectations with professionalism and care.I even sent my mother to them to have a ring remade.Thank you both so much for your wonderful service over the years, I look forward to seeing you both again soon.

Happy to recommend this business for all round excellence. I took my husband's silver St Christopher and chain to have broken links in the chain and also the bail repaired. The work was completed to an exceptional standard and the chain and pendant were shining like new. I was also very impressed by the friendly service, great price and fast turnaround. Thank you.

It is very sad that I came to you in search of a gold necklace. and the Man who attended me suggested I go to Prouds. If I go to his store it's because I want to buy from you. too rude, did not want to sell or display the merchandise. I was willing to spend close to $3,000 for a pure gold necklace. what a pity

They did an amazing job with my ring, taking out an old stone, setting a new one (they found the most stunning stone, exactly what i was after) with new claws and giving it a much needed polish. Looks like a brand new ring. Thank you so much! Fair priced too. Will be recommending to others.
