Great little florist - they did gorgeous table centrepieces and boutonnieres for our wedding, and even created a bridal bouquet incorporating woollen flowers we provided which had sentimental value to us. Very responsive staff who absolutely nailed the brief.

Such a reliable florist! You always know you can just give them a rough idea of what you are after and they make something beautiful!

The best flowers in Sydney! Every bouquet I've purchased has been phenomenal. So full and vibrant and they last for weeks! The florists are super lovely and will always help you choose a nice colour scheme if you need help.

Flower Train advertise for Mothers day on their website but do not actually deliver on Mothers day. Late Friday they notified me about no weekend deliveries and I asked for a refund, this was BEFORE the money had left my account but they took it anyway and delivered a bunch of half wilted flowers late on Friday afternoon. There were two roses, one tulip, a wilted annual and the rest was greenery. My mum was very disappointed. A week on the owner says they have refunded my account but......no they have not!

I was treated unfairly on valentine day. It was raining and I was soaking wet. I walked in to see the flowers a long time and nobody greeted me. Every other customers that walked after got greeted really nicely, I don’t know if it was because there were in suits and I wasn’t. Other customers had someone helping them out but no one reached out to me until I grabbed the bouquet and went to the counter. After I paid, I saw another bouquet that I liked more. So I politely asked if I could change since they were the same price. The woman said “no” because she already wrapped, but it was just a simple paper wrap. So I said I don’t want the wrapping, I just want the bouquet. They still said no. I don’t see the problem that they can’t change it since they can just cut the wrapped one and put it back, and I just take another one with wrapping. They still waste the same amount of paper. Simple math. No service mind. I felt the racism also as I was the only Asian.
