Urban Escape
It can be difficult to find a hairdresser that you are consistently happy with but my experience with the team at Urban Escape has been nothing but great. Always professional and accommodating and I'm always very happy with my haircuts and colours. I would also like to recommend Vanessa who recently did my hair and make up for my wedding. Vanessa listened to what I wanted and delivered. I was very happy with the result and how the photos turned out. It was a perfect day.

5 stars for the best hair salon ever !!I’ve been coming to Urban Escape for almost a year, and the transformation that Vanessa has done to my hair is out of this world !From the hair treatments to an amazing range of products, the team at Urban escape have definitely (and continue to ) bring the ‘wow factor’ to Prahran !

I love Urban Escape! Vanessa is not only the best stylist and colourist that I have ever been to, she is also a genuine and lovely person. The whole team at Urban Escape make you feel so welcome from the minute you arrive and they all chorus “hi”. The complimentary stress relieving massage when you sit down and the hand massage while your colour is processing are truly heavenly! Vanessa and the team are so knowledgeable and recommend products that actually work. The products I have been using have made such a difference to the health of my hair and the express blow drying spray has halved my blow drying time. If you are looking for a salon with an awesome team of hair stylists you won’t regret making an appointment with anyone at Urban Escape.

Craig has been cutting and colouring my hair for over 15 years and I’ve been visiting the Urban Escape salon ever since they opened. Craig’s commitment to his craft and his incredible attention to detail are second to none and his passion is shared by everyone in the team.Whenever I head into the salon I like to try something a little different without always knowing what that is. I love that I can trust the team to help me choose a style and colour that not only suits me but looks amazing. Every. Single. Time.The service is excellent, my hair always looks fabulous, the massages are divine, the products are dreamy and the team are completely wonderful. This is self-care at its best. xx

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Urban Escape - the staff are friendly and welcoming. There isn't any pretension like you might expect of a salon on High St, but just genuine service and professionals who are amazing at what they do. I love their ethos, and the product range to match - but you won't experience any pushy sales tactics here. I had very much fallen out of love with my hair but Roman did a fabulous job, and I look forward to my next visit already.

The Urban Escape crew are A Grade professionals. Vanessa and Craig are consummate hair care professionals. I always walk out of the salon feeling very happy with my colour and cut. The stress relief massage is THE best way to start every visit. Great service and product range.
