Stunning dress! It was the second one I tried on and I loved it straight away.Alternations were spot on too. A few things occurred that has brought their rating down though - I don’t find being called “babes” terribly professional also, I had specifically ordered a double hoop and checked multiple times that it would be double and also wrote it down on the order form yet when my cousin went to pick it up, they gave her a single. When she questioned it, they said it was a single only. Of course I was disappointed and when we rang to ask why my cousin was given the single instead of the double they said that the double had come back broken but they could give us two singles. Why they didn’t just do this in the first place is still unclear. We then had to go back…again…to get the additional single hoop. What a waste of time!It’s a pity about their internal communication system as well. They don’t have a very sophisticated way of taking notes or writing messages so I got multiple calls confirming fitting times and payments - unnecessary stress!As I said though, perfect wedding dress at a good price. Stunning and happy with the final result!

Oh my goodness these guys are incredible. Literally can't thank them all enough, just had my final try on of my wedding dress which was altered by the amazing Helen and I was blown away with how good of a job she had done. They literally make you feel like family always making such an effort when I have come into the store. Really have made this experience a memorable one and I will be recommending them to everyone. Sue and Lynsey to also mention have just been wonderful to me. You guys are just the best!!!

Went to Legends on the recommendation of my sister in law who bought her daughter's ball dress from there. I am glad that I did as the staff were all so friendly, knowledgeable and generous with their time from the very first visit. After trying on countless dresses during multiple visits (at no point were we pressured to make a decision) we finally settled on the perfect dress. The dress was ordered that afternoon and two days later we were having it fitted and altered. Thanks from one very happy daughter and a very relieved mother.

Store was not very professional bought my daughter a dress, then her ball got cancelled. She came crying to me saying they refused to do a refund not impressed at all $625 and it’s got no use now.

So on the 21st Jan 2023 I got married to my soul mate and I would just like to thank Brooke and the ladies so much for helping me choose my white beautiful wedding dress . Brooke you made me feel welcome and comfortable while trying on the dresses. I recommend legends bridal for choosing that beautiful white princess wedding dress or any dress. You ladies are wonderful people and my experience was amazing so a big thankyou to use all for helping me making me welcome and finding that dress with me .Highly recommend this place

Today I visited a couple of bridal shops however Legends Bridal was definitely the standout!! I was made to feel welcome and all my anxiety for wedding dress shopping melted away as their service was beyond exceptional. I felt safe, comfortable and excited. I also found my dress for my wedding day and love it Soo much !!! overall I would highly recommend Legends Bridal and the Awesome ladies that work/ run it to everyone especially to those who may feel a little anxious like I did.

Had a fantastic afternoon trying on dresses for my year 12 ball. Linsey and Brooke were really helpful, and they know what they're doing. I can't wait for January to wear it to my ball.Update: had my ball. Absolutely love my dress. Wish I could wear it everyday

Lovely store and good selection of dresses. Unfortunately I would not recommend due to our unfortunate experience with one of the staff members. It was very clear that we were ‘wasting her time’ and she spoke to us passive aggressively, one of my bridesmaids was in tears. I was also called ‘babes’ multiple times which I feel is very unprofessional. After trying on a few dresses my whole bridal party said they don’t feel comfortable proceeding with them. I also wouldn’t want to put them through that again.

I had my year 12 ball a couple nights ago wearing a beautiful dress bought from the lovely ladies at Legends Bridal. So thankful for the amazing help, support and comfort that I was met with as soon as I walked in the store. The staff were adamant on helping me find my perfect dress and with the amount of beautiful dresses they had in stock to choose from, I was certainly not left disappointed. Once I had said yes to the dress, the ladies wasted no time in getting my dress altered which might I add, was done seamlessly. I had a great night at the ball and I couldn’t have been more happy with what I was wearing. Massive thank you to Legends Bridal for making my dreams come true. 10/10
