Ordered a XXL dishwasher that was delayed by over 2 months. We patiently waited considering that there are still shipping issues across the globe. Dishwasher finally arrived but found out Miele's installers are not qualified plumbers so they can't install our dishwasher. I mean it's fine if it was a free service but we paid extra for installation just to be told on the day that they can't install it because they're not qualified plumbers. If customers are paying extra for a service shouldn't Miele hire qualified plumbers as installers so that they can actually do the job? Now we still can't use the dishwasher that was delayed by over 2 months because we still need to find plumbers that can install the dishwasher. Really poor service.

I got cooktop at home , it's broken and it looks 2 weeks for the technician to attend. that's not the worse, the cooktop broken again with the same issue in 2 days, and that's not the worse, they will need another 2 weeks to fix the part again, and when the technician attend, he did not bring the correct parts, which is another week of delay, imagine you can not use cook at your home for more than one month and you have 2 kids to feed!I called the call centre, tried to make a complain and there is a woman called Vicky she is so rude and she said I do want to talk to you! I tried to call them again, they said the part I got broken which they do not have in stock!!!I for as far as I know they have all parts at stock they are trying to say because no parts, that's why you need to wait, they are blaming all the issue to the part, could not believe that such terrible service!!!!!!!!

really bad customer service , I had purchased the laundry washing machine less than 2 years so it is till under warranty and it had many times breakdown and I had booked the repair through Miele and takes months to get fix the first attempt has replaced the electronic control and still not get fixed so I had to wait about 2 month to get the another part and once th part arrived the technician said that even the motor has been replaced but the unit itself is the issue so I have to get replacement from Miele so I tried to get the customer service to get process and the customer service said that I had t email with all the report but it had to wait the manager approval about 10 days and will get process to delivery so it will takes about 3 weeks without any washing machine , it is really bad experience with Miele, it is better to get another brand in the future

I went to South Melb Miele to check out their washer and dryer range last week on a public holiday. Some staff members were friendlier than others but unfortunately I couldn’t choose who I wanted to be served with as they were all so busy that I even had to wait a bit for service. Once a staff member became available, I was seated and there was coffee and cookie while they were explaining their products. Their washer/dryer area was so warm and humid - better ventilation needed although other areas were great with a beautiful layout. There was also a small retail section within the store where you could buy your twindos refills etc. Ended up buying a matching pair of washer & dryer, and the products were delivered exactly when they said the products were going to be delivered. Have used the products and so far so good.

I have a Miele XXL dishwasher which has just turned 1 year old and still under the 2 year warranty. I have had a service technician out on two occasions to repair the dishwasher due to a water leak that has happened on several occasions. The water leak has marked my timber floor boards. My floor boards now have water stains. On both occasions the service technicians have not been able to find the issue. I have explained that the issue happens intermittently, which will make it very difficult for them to find the issue. I have supplied the water leaking photos to both technicians as evidence. I have asked for a full replacement of the dishwasher and they refuse to do so. They have only just agreed to take the unit and try to get it to reproduce the fault in their service room. I will be without a dishwasher until they find the issue. The water leak sometimes takes 6 weeks to reoccur making it difficult to find the issue. This is an example of a company that does not stand by their warranty/product and replace goods when complex issues arise. Not having a dishwasher in a busy family is an inconvenience. We paid a small fortune for this dish washer and expect much better after sales care. A water leak is not something to be taken lightly. This can have adverse affects to home flooring. I would urge caution when considering purchasing a Miele product because the aftercare is just not efficient nor effective.

Bad product, I had purchased Miele W1 classic from ES trading and it had been broke down many times less than 2 years and the repairer cannot fix this until several attemp with many part including motor and mainboard and he suggest me to call Miele to get replacement then Miele said that i had to wait 2 weeeks to get the approval from manager once it get approval it will organise delivery for another 10 days so in total 6 month to wait to get replacement since it had been waiting for months the technician to repair with many parts before go and get replacement unit and it has never happened with previous machine asko.

The worst customer service experience possible. Online is a joke, channelling enquires to central hub; nightmare! Check out in store is long and painful....products are amazing but the rest of this German outfit is terrible. So disappointing as I love their products but they make it difficult.

I need to modify this review. We have a gas wok burner, it is impossible to light because of the sensitivity of the ignition; the two other gas burners we have do not have the same complicated ignition. Also, we have a steam oven which we have no idea how to use. We have tried all sorts of things, were going to a Miele demonstration but these stopped with Covid and haven't come back. The following is my previous complaint -I made and earlier compliant here regarding Miele and was contacted by their PR Dept. As a result my issues were resolved although it is a shame this was the way forward. I still feel they need to provide someone to program the appliances when installed as they are becoming so complicated and this was what we needed. Nonetheless, Miele resolved this problem ; they did not walk away so this is a very important response to consider
