Chester Hill Family Medical Practice

I was going here for 10 yrs and they were great, helping me lose weight and all. I take my son there after lockdown, after suffering from bronchitis etc all year. They refused to see him until he had a covid test. I went to our other gp and they took him asap, bronchitis diagnosed. Never again... everyone has different experiences though...

I have given 5 stars because of the quality of service I received in the last few years. I have had some health issues, covid, broke my ankle, the quality of care I received from my doctor who is just outstanding kind and understanding I saw other doctors as well and received the same care. I felt safe and genuinely felt the doctors cared about me, during my face to face visits and during the phone consultation . Not sure about some of the receptions some could do with bit more customer service courses they r bit rude but then hey who has the time and they must be overwhelmed with patients and the need to say hello is not a priority. Overall 5/5 well done and thank you.

Dr Dai Nygen is highly recommended in this medical center he's caring and accountability transparency integrity empathy strive is extremely well respected with his patience.

This lady named Hanna took my 15yr old daughter without a parent and I was the one who came with her. She asked me to take my mask off and give it to my daughter instead of giving her a new mask which was full on the desk that she owned.Just because she was mad at me for not paying $80 because Imy daughter haven't been to this medical centre in 2 years.

This medical centre is absolutely amazing. My family and I discovered this medical centre just over 1.5 years ago with Dr. Christopher Zaky being our main family doctor.It has been a journey for us to find a dedicated and knowledgeable Dr to support and treat our family and especially our son who has a rare genetic condition. And, Dr Zaky is just that!Thank you for your support, guidance and ongoing care and treatment for our family.Nonetheless, the entire team are highly professional and supportive. Booked to see Dr Christopher Zaky as a new patient. My old doctors were very rush rush and never truly cared.So happy with the service from the Dr, nurse and receptionist.Left feeling relieved and not just a number.This will now be my family doctor for my kids and I.

I was sick and not been treated properly as the doctor she diagnosed me she doesn't want to listen what I have , she assumed that I have Corona even confirmed for her that I don't have , she did a PCR to me and the test was negative and I was not given a medicine, the doctor (she) was rode and yelling at their reception and nurse how they let in.I went to another clinic, Guildord Medical Centre. The doctor prescribed to me antibiotics, and i got well in 3 days ...Avoid this doctor (Dr. HANA) when you visit the center.

Worst experience ever. I had applied here for the role of a practice nurse. They called me and asked me to come for work the next day assuring me that they would provide me training before commencement and also pay me for that day. But, as I went there, they just left me on my own. The doctors didn’t give me much information as they were so much in rush. I am totally new to this field, even though I know how to do basics, I was not familiar with the system they use at the centre, and they just asked me to start taking patients (I did take 2-3 patients). I did assist doctors with some procedures. Without even having proper training and guidance, I was on the floor which made me very overwhelmed and stressed. 3 hours later, I left as I did not feel well.I called the centre to discussabout the payment that they assured me to give but I didn’t receive any call back from them.Also, they were not very polite .I wish I hadn’t come to this place.

Tried to get stitches at the Chester hill family medical practice on Waldron road. I called them explaining will be coming in to get stitches and the receptionist said it’s fine just walk in.When my husband arrived he was advised that the doctors don’t do stitches and why wasn’t he wearing a mask. First of all the GP that asked my husband why he’s not wearing a mask could’ve asked respectfully, she was rude and unprofessional. She could’ve said it nicely after and who wears a mask anymore….And to top it off the reason they don’t do stitches is because the doctors aren’t comfortable doing stitches.Don’t become a GP if ur too scared to do a few stitches… where on earth did they get their degree from and they can’t even do the simplest thing such as stitches.

After waiting for half an hour, I was told that I would need to pay an $80 consultation fee to see the doctor, as it had been over two years since I had last visited the medical practice. This should have been made clear from the start. I immediately told the receptionist that I refuse to pay and how ridiculous this policy is and left.Also upon my arrival, the receptionist was rude and kept asking me if I had a healthcare or pension card even though I told her “no” a number of times which made me uncomfortable. Focus on your listening skills rather than badgering clients.I will never come here again!
