Really top-notch communication, I was happily surprised by how responsive and helpful they were when the garage door to my rental was stuck closed and wouldn't open. They coordinated with myself and my rental provider for a really quick outcome, and were super sympathetic to the issue we faced. Highly recommend!

Wow so impressed with Eastern Garage Doors! After having another company out previously that were no help I’d say look no further than these guys! From my first call to Carolyn it was fantastic. Great follow up to confirm they could do the job and Steve the Tradesman was FANTASTIC! He arrived on time and explained what needed to be done. Couldn’t recommend Steve highly enough. I received 3 quotes from different providers for a new electric garage door. The other 2 providers said due to the construct of my garage they could not do the job. Not only did Eastern Garages fulfil the job however their installers and electrician were simply the best people to deal with. So refreshing to have young tradesman take so much care about what they do. Simply next level of service.

We've been frustrated with our buggy garage motor for a long time and Joe helped set up a Merlin replacement + new remotes to fix our issue in under 30 mins. Our old door hardware broke, next day had guy out to fix. Was able to get door open to get car bins out what we needed. Strongly recommend to replace due to age of the hardware ( approx 20years old) but could fix the parts if wanted to. Explained everything in simple terms. Decided to go all new hardware and make it a electric door opening. All fixed when said would be quick and promptly. Strongly recommend eastern garage doors
