Mediocre studio. They have a week worth of excersies that are repeated every week over and over with minor adjustments.Besides, when trying to cancel the 'flexible' membership they came up on the spot with the 30 day cancelation policy as no one mentioned it when I signed up.Also, they charged me extra for a few days after membership cancelation and refused to refund by ignoring my emails.

Love this gym for it’s great balanced workouts, amazing trainers and friendly supportive members. The infrared sauna is amazing too!
