5 Stars！This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Michael Arceri is the best. He has been working with me over the phone and helped me with test drives last month. He diligently responded to all my questions and concerns and is patient all the time. Michael has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. The car arrived on 29th March as promised and looks fantastic. I will be referring friends to him, and definitely plan to purchase future vehicles from him.

Had a wonderful experience with Waverley Volkswagen. Found the perfect little car with help from Frank Ge who was honestly so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I found Frank really trustworthy and knowledgeable having worked as a VW mechanic previously which was great for a first time buyer like myself. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Incompetent and unreliableOur Polo’s aircon stopped working over 12 months ago. We were charged $175 to test what’s wrong. Reported that the evaporator had failed and needs to be replaced at a cost of approx $3000.We got it done.The air con stopped working within a couple of weeks.Tested again and regased.Stopped working within 2-3 weeks.Tested again and we were told that the O ring on condenser had broken and was replaced at no cost (wow)Air con stopped working again within 2 weeks.Now we are told the condenser is broken due to an impact and we’re advised to go and get it fixed through a panel maker as it would cost $2300 if we want to get it fixed at Wavered VW.I believe the car is worth $6000 if I sell it and these guys have managed to scrape almost 60% of that just on the evaporator.They don’t know how to comprehensively diagnose an issue and sort out the problem.I am now wondering if there was anything wrong with the evaporator at all or was I duped to cough up close to $4000 to get it replaced without a reason.Not happy.ThanksSuresh

I came here on the weekend and found the service extremely unhelpful. They had no cars to test drive and apparently no cars to sell either. A very confusing experience. My advice is head to Volkswagen Brighton for a far better experience.
