Came here on sunday 18/9/22 and never again. Had to stop a few tim in pain the lady doing my nails said this was because i had chosen to get a new set instead of refill. I thought okay if you say so and let her continue when i left my hands were burning and sore and im sure my nail beds are bruised. My cuticles have lost the top layer of skin and i suspecr have been chemically burnt as they continue to sting and itch.

Probably the worst ever experience having my nails done! The ladies talked the whole time, constantly stopping & laughing. When I explained that my skin was burning, she just said it's because of the type of toner. She said just wash my hands, but made me wait till the end & was rough with the buffer on my skin anyway. From that point onwards, she was extremely rude & just taking her time. Would recommend going elsewhere ladies!

A one is not even worth it. Attended this salon and not only was it the most expensive I’ve ever paid for a brand new full set it was the worst job ever. So much so that I ended up with an infection that required antibiotics and was in an awful amount of pain.Stay away from this salon

You get what you pay for. Pay the extra $20 somewhere else. 2nd time been here and acrylics chips or fall off within a week! Also not applying close enough to nail bed so what we come in sooner? I don't care for the bad attitude or pulling my arm over the bench and slapping my hand into the light but do a decent job at least!

I used to go here often to get my nails done. Currently stopped going as the last few times i’ve gone, I would have uneven nails, the polish wasn’t applied correctly and i had this white cracking around my fingers. I asked them about the white thing around my fingers and they said to just scrub it off. It wouldn’t leave my nails for ages and my hands looked very ugly after leaving.Getting acrylics taken off included ripping my nails off.

Feel pity to give the 1 star as well. Unprofessional people. They give racism look to me every time I go there. Charged me $110 for an Unprofessional nail set. I don't mind paying that much but atleast do a good job! They are so rude. Their line designs are crooked. On top of that the lady hurt my finger and i was bleeding! They are so rough!!!! Never going there again! Doesn't recommend at all!!!!!!!!!

Edit: ended up with green on my nails after 2 weeks. Don't know if it was the salon but I wouldn't be surprised since I've never had this issue at any other salon.Original review: So happy with my pre Christmas nails! It was very busy but the staff was able to help us and did a very good job. Thank you!
