Required a replacement saltwater chlorinator. Initial phone call gave good direction and they offered to take a look. Problem identified and required a replacement. Natalie sourced a replacement and I received a call upon shop opening.Blown away by the information and the attention to customer care.

I'm appalled at the service of this place. I was waiting 4 weeks for a repair of our pool pump in the peak of summer and our kids not being able to unwind after a hot day at school, I've had enough. It doesn't take that long to order a part. It's not that difficult to make a courtesy call. If you couldn't do the job, just be upfront and honest.I would have sooner purchased an entire new pump than wait this long to be lied to repeatedly of the turn around time. At one point they said they recieved the wrong part, then they recieved the part and the repairer checked it and approved it, then miraculously a week and half later they are suddenly waiting on the part again. Get your story straight, or just tell the bloody truth - I promise, people would respect you more!You weren't doing me a favour, I was paying you for a service a million other places can do. Rudeness is never acceptable, especially when you're replaceable. I would sooner pay double the price to another company with better customer service.

Great place for pool owners to shop at. Reasonably priced and had a range of products in store from pumps, fittings, chemicals to leaf scoops etc. Staff are helpful also...if they don't have something in stock they could order it in or would be happy to refer you to someone who may! Thanks guys

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Found staff to be rude and very unhelpful. Don't ever expect them to return a phone call because it simply will not happen

Always good honest advice. They are very skilled at interpreting what your water is like and tell you exactly what you need to balance it properly. We've been to many pool shops over the years and been ripped off by a few. But here they have proven time and time again that they know what they're talking about. It's worth going out of your way to get their advice. Also their prices are very competitive and they often have something on sale. They have a counter only for water testing, so you normally don't have to wait too long to get your results. We had a significant problem this morning when some granular chlorine had oxidised in the bottom of our pool turning the floor black in spots. We went to this shop and they told us exactly what to do. 5 hours later and it's all back to normal. Excellent result!

Came here on a recommendation from my on-site pool service man. While a bit away from home, it was worth the trip. Great service, fast & efficient. Had almost everything I needed. Definitely worth the extra travel.
