Waited in like for about 15-20 minutes then as we got to the front we got told they were closing and she refused to serve us, this happened at 9.30 when they close at 10. Super disappointed.

Fantastic service when my girlfriend and I came past Saturday night before a movie. Even though it was very busy, George & Lola went above and beyond to ensure amazing customer service. George made one of the best shakes I've ever had.Will definitely be returning.

Worst service and drink, staff made it halfway and informed me that there was no whipped cream. Milkshake was completely diluted, ice cream added was almost to none. Its like milk drink to me than a shake. Completely disappointed, it seems this is not the first time a poor review was given to their service and especially their shake. Won't be coming here again and will inform others too

Me and my buddy were here for a movie at the Hoyts and we decided to get Ben and Jerry's. The staff was very friendly, even at the closing hour, helped us by offering samples of different flavors. We ordered chocolate therapy, strawberry cheesecake, and banana flavor. The Ice Cream was very good, especially the texture, consistency and was very flavorsome. I really loved the banana one I have selected. This is a must try if you want to try something new. I find the pricing to be on the bit expensive end considering you end up paying $6 for a scoop, $8 for 2. Obviously, the $10 for 3 scoops is the value for money deal and people will definitely go for that deal. Wish they could revisit the pricing for a single scoop. The cones looked very tempting, especially the chocolate dipped waffle cone. Can't wait to try it.

Came to watch a movie with my boyfriend and wanted a sundae from Ben and Jerry’s. Had the best service from Connie, she was super helpful in explaining what we could have with our sundaes and was really friendly ! Made the whole experience great and appreciated her amazing service !

Highly Disappointed. Doesn't even deserve single star rating. Been there at 9:24PM last night and wanted to have an ice cream prior movie. Shop was expected to stay open till 10:00 PM but the store executive started closing the counter at 9:24 PM. In fact, they entertained the customer just before us and started closing the shutters without serving us.Would not recommend Ben & Jerry's at all.May be not today but definitely someday, you will go through the loses you deserve cause of your lazy resources.

Went here last night. I always grab a thick shake before seeing a movie. Won’t be doing again unfortunately. They have seen the last of me. Shouted my two sons so we spent just on $30. Really poor service. Take away from our evening together.

Why only one dairy free flavour? Only had lemon sorbet. Disappointed.

I love Ben an Jerry ice cream!!! Best ice cream that I love and my favorite!!! But gosh PLEASE PLEASE don’t go to the Chadstone store one.. the WORST service! They don’t pay attention to when they serve and don’t serve properly!!! Charge me twice saying I didn’t get pay for my and my husbands one… And PLEASE don’t go hear specially Friday Saturday and Sunday!!!! I usually don’t say bad things about place but I don’t want anyone to go through what I went!!! They had more than one or two hours to close but they stopped serving sundaes and everything expect ice cream!!!!! Worst place ever!

Poor service on Saturday night.Only one staff on which was a bit unusual, they also didn’t seam to know what they was doing, very slow moving through customers & lack of customer service skills, very poor for such a popular location. When I did get served, I asked for the dairy free option on the board (only one advertised) and got told “Um I don’t think we have that”… how do you not know and why hasn’t the board been updated if you are out of stock? So soon after reopening? Not great re-opening impressions
