Girls talking behind counter. I counted nearly $200 worth of tags pulled off in the messy change rooms. I moved coat hangers from the floor as a bad trip hazzard. I don't think I'll be back on the weekend again.

I’m not usually the type to leave nasty reviews but at this point, I’ve had the same experiences too many times EVERY time. The workers at this store need a serious attitude check. They prioritise gossiping with their coworkers over providing DECENT customer service. On top of that, the last three times I’ve come in, they forgot to take off the ink tag. The first two times I didn’t mind because I figured it was a simple mistake. But today I bought a sweater for a birthday dinner I had planned tonight and the girl forgot to take the ink tag off. I was running out of time, your store was closing, and I needed to get ready for this dinner. I was NOT pleased to find the ink tag ten minutes before I had to leave. I usually excuse the behaviour and mistakes of the workers at this store, (bad attitudes are expected) but I am just astounded at how bad people can be at the most simple job. All you have to do is scan the barcode, take the ink tag off, and charge me for my things. I hope this review is taken seriously, because I never EVER go out of my way to write a review.

The store is always so messy, and every time I go in, the girls who work there are too busy gossiping and texting on their phones behind the counter - not hiding it either, to even acknowledge the customers in store. It’s probably why there is always security tags on the floor in the change rooms from stolen items. A few years ago this store was great, but it’s gone down hill in a huge way.

Walked in store was a mess, I had been looking at a skirt from online and saw it in store. It was high up on a wall so I asked a worker to help get it down she sighed threw her stuff down walked over, she looked me up and down before asking for my size (14) she turned around and said “ well we actually don’t sell a 16 so”. she made it seem like such a task, it’s not hard to be nice, very disappointed in the blonde girl who served me. If I could rate my experience lower than 1 star I would. Seriously unimpressed.

Very messy store. Three staff members on and not one greeted me. A lot of the clothes had marks on them from being on the floor, with chewing gum all over the floor. Change rooms were full of clothes, only four changerooms available due to so many boxes. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. This store has gone down hill in the past two years.

Some staff at this shop are terribly rude and should never have a job in customer service. I'm not one to usually whinge or leave reviews, but the way this girl acted was atrocious.When serving customers at the counter, it's not hard to make eye contact and say hello. This girl snatched the clothes from me, but I continued to be nice and ask how she was. Not a word. She had a frown on her face the entire time and continued to aggressively tell me that I cannot return these items (even though I had never asked). I tried one last time to be nice and wished her a lovely day but she never even looked in my direction.It was a simple transaction, I purchased 3 items of clothing. Thats it. I had no issues and did not take up much of her time so there was no reason for her to act in such a way.I left this review as you may not realise the attitude within your store. You might want to consider making some drastic changes to your team.
