From the moment we first contacted McGrath Funerals we felt supported and comfortable. Peter was amazing and honest, explaining everything thoroughly making sure we had all the details to make great decisions. Peter went way above our expectations especially considering we did request things that weren't part of the normal. Peter, Lyn & staff made our farewell absolutely beautiful, we couldn't fault it and certainly wouldn't change it. We would recommend Peter, Lyn and staff 100%, and pass on a huge thanks to you all at McGrath for making our goodbyes one of the most amazing experiences even when its one of the hardest things to do.

Funerals are sad, stressful events. My brother died recently and McGrath Funerals provided exceptional service for all aspects of his funeral. They were realistically professional, friendly, totally reliable and very cost competitive. I had to arrange this funeral from interstate with absolutely no knowledge of local Funeral Directors. I was able to select McGrath's because of their informative, user friendly website. Phone contact confirmed my initial impression about the company. McGrath's took over all aspects of the funeral, keeping me fully informed at all times and maintaining complete flexibility to meet our requirements. Face to face contact prior to the funeral was totally reassuring.The actual funeral service was delivered exactly as we required and more than met our expectations and requirements. A week after the funeral we received an unexpected refund of $250 because they had made an error in invoicing. This was further confirmation to us that McGrath's are indeed a totally professional, ethical group.
