I honestly cannot recommend Maureen enough ! She made the whole process of ordering and organising everything I needed so easy, and the decorations for my sons christening looked fabulous !

After booking a week prior I had another company cancel on me on the day of my boyfriends birthday!Thank goodness for Balloon Elegance. She saved my bacon. Really lovely and helpful.

DISGUSTING SERVICE! From the first phone call with Maureen she gave me a horrible attitude. she mistakingly forgot half of my balloons and when I confronted her on it she denied the whole thing saying that I didn't order it. After a long phone call, arguing with me and going back and forth on who's to blame, I proved through our emails that I did make the correct order and she made the mistake. And what's worse is that she did not apologise, she had no intentions on rectifying her mistake after saying that she had no time to get me my order because she has other priorities and her excuse for missing part of my order was that I sent too many emails and she doesn't have time to read them all". Absolutely appalled with her attitude and lack of professionalism. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

Maureen provided the balloons for my 18 birthday party casino themed, it was extraordinary. She took the time to create an amazing jaw-dropping back drop. The price was right and we got to keep all of the balloons afterwords. Quick. Reliable. Quality.

Highly recommend Maureen. I have used her on a number of occasions for family and friends birthdays. I live nearby and have been able to pop over and collect. I love balloons, and knowing how easy it is to buy from Maureen, I will use her all the time. Also, the balloons always last for ages....

This woman is incredibly rude. I was made to feel like I was putting her out from the moment we engaged her. She seems to have difficultly distinguishing between business & personal and felt it was ok to pull out of delivery of her service at the last minute because I expressed disappointment in her attitude. Not at all professional or pleasant to deal with. If I could rate less than one star I would.

Amazing service! The balloons arrived just as requested. We needed last minute decorations and Maureen went over and above. I'll be using Balloon Elegance for all future events.
