Meriton Suites Church Street, Parramatta

Really nice room with nice view of the river. Was bigger than I expected and the apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. Only difficulty was lift access as they took a while to come during busy periods.

Not a pleasant experience at all. My two year old kid found a pill of some sort in the room. Told management who didn't really care. The managers are very rude who said a investigation will be done only to be told the next day they destroyed it. Not a suitable place for children. Will definitely not recommend this place for people with children. Further nothing was agreed and the world should know the state of your hotel and by your response still looks like no accountability wants to be taken on your end

The lifts are beyond ridiculous, there are 4 of them but 2 always seems to be occupied by cleaners and staff, the remaining 2 take about 15-20 minutes to arrive. Worst I've seen. Witnessed a very rude security guy tell off a group of women at the pools and tell them to leave because the were eating a couple of pizzas at the seating area. When they asked if there was a sign advising of no food, the guard very rudely said don't worry about a sign

We stayed there last month and we are going back today as well. The manager was so helpful and she was very sweet.The rooms, bathrooms, the furniture and everything else were absolutely perfect.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place was amazing! We decided to stay at Meriton suites for the night during our trip and we stayed up on the 27th floor when we walked into our room it was so clean! after a few minutes a worker came up to our room and gave us a crib for our baby and offered that he can open it up for us, the view was amazing especially if you enjoy watching planes fly over the hotel you even have a perfect view of the city which was beautiful and we found $15 in the kettle which was very funny (we gave it to the hotel obviously) but overall this place was amazing 5 stars!

Use the suites for a sort stay while at Easter show, and it worked great. Could you see nighttime fireworks from the room on the balcony. the room was big and comfortable for the whole family with tv in each bedroom and lounge room.There are lots of places to eat around on the ground floor and more just a sort walk further on to main street

Stayed for 2 nights for a conference and the place was perfect. The apartments are so spacious and have everything you need. The air conditioner was cold, hot shower and comfy bed.Staff were really friendly and helped us out with questions. We also used the pool and it was a highlight as they have an indoor and outdoor pool with a spa and sauna which are all a nice addition.

Stayed in a sky suite for 3 weeksDirty rooms, moldy showers.Very sterile decor, not even a pillow on the uncomfortable couch.Hard beds and horrible 3 piece bedlinen that just didn't stay together.1 TV broke, fridge didn't work and got replaced.Cutlery was kind of dirty.No electrical socket on one side of the bed.As with all Meriton it looks nice from a distance but everything is low quality and built in a rush like the shower floors where the tiles doesnt lean towards the drain, so it piles up elsewhere and never dries.Staff was friendly and attentive though and lots of good places to eat close by.

I’ve stayed here on many occasions over the years and have watched the decline in cleanliness and in increase in prices. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly (not the first time) and the lounge was filthy, covered in stains and stunk like urine.
