Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Ingleburn

Called and 5 minutes later I was down at Bridgestone having my suspension looked at.They guys there are professional and showed me what the problem was.They also didn't charge for their time of inspecting.I would highly recommend going there and I will return every time I need suspension or tyre work.

Amazing. Best tyre shop I have ever been to. We were on the way to Melbourne, blew a tyre, limped into Bridgestone Ingleburn. The service was outstanding right from the start to the end. Fast, professional, efficient and with our best interest in mind. Very tidy and well organised workshop. Highly recommended.Funny fun fact. While we were there, they had four BMWs in there all neatly in one row. It must have been BMW day.

Great experience from the team at Bridgestone Ingleburn. Had my car in for a wheel alignment and they noted my bushings in my lower control arms were cracked and were causing my tires to wear unevenly. They were able to source the arms and replace within the same day as well as new tires on all four corners.Additionally, I had an ongoing issue where my steering wheel was not centred when driving straight even after the alignment and brought the car back to them to be rectified. They were happy to carry out the works without additional costs and were very open and honest about the process.

The Team at Ingelburn Bridgestone are great! I've had two of our cars serviced here including new struts/tires and very reasonable prices and turnaround. Recommend.

Been here twice now. First time I needed a tire repaired and so when I needed a new battery I didn’t think twice before calling them up and just as expected service was not only efficient but I felt comfortable and welcome.Can not recommend this place enough! Big shout out to the whole team! Appreciate their efforts.

I had sent my car in a couple of weeks ago for a normal service. I had to leave the car overnight as I was in the city and could not make it in time for pickup. The manager Isi, who came across as a genuine guy to me advised me that me and my brother are good clientele that they have. Having made my payment, as I sat in my driver's seat, I found to my left, the bottom passenger seat leather ripped. I immediately went back into the shop and called the store manager to enquire how this happened - to which he immediately shrug off saying they were not aware (appearing shock) and claiming it's not their responsibility . To add, he advised no one sat in that seat.He advised that my leather was old, unmaintained and would rip anyway at some stage. They did not want to be held accountable for what happened to the seat.After taking the car back home, my brother had a look and took it upon himself to reach out to the store manager, seeing as how upset I was. He asked for the CCTV cameras to be viewed only for the video to reflect that the store manager himself who previously claimed no one was in the seat, had sat in that seat.I appreciate that my car may not be a new car as it is a Honda 2010 Euro, but I am deeply disappointed in the way 1. The store manager did not try to address the situation given that the damage had happen in their care and 2. It took my brother - a male figure, to get the truth out of them.I have always cared for the car and kept it clean. The store manager not only lied to me when questioned on this matter but was not willing to undertake any steps to assist me in resolving the situation.This car seat is now going to cost me $380 to be fixed. Cost is one thing, but they way Isi handled this situation is beyond poor and shocking for a business franchise, like Bridgestone.Me and my family are never going back to this service centre for anything.If I was you, and had a more expensive or newer car than I do, good luck with sending your car here if you are one looking for a headache.

Absolutely brilliant, 10 mins into a long weekend, with four other familys gear in my trailer, valves blew on trailer and limped straight to the shop. It was only 7:30am and hadn't opened yet but they got someone straight onto it, all fixed and back on the road in less 30 minutes. saved our trip , and alot of stress!! we couldn't recommend more highly. Thanks once again guys!

Excellent service every single time. Izzy, Gina and the rest of the staff are always patient with us and incredibly accommodating.We don't know anything about cars, so it's honestly so bloody refreshing finding decent people who aren't selling us rubbish services or impractical extras.Every time there's been an issue with either of our cars, the team takes the time to explain things to us in layman's terms. They also let us know the severity if the issue - if it's something that can potentially wait to be fixed or something that needs urgent attention.Very family friendly atmosphere (hot drink machine and charging stations are a bonus, plus VERY comfy chairs).It's nice having a local spot, people you're familiar with and know their names.Thanks heaps guys!

Came in for a quote for two tyres fitted and balanced which to my surprise was such fairly priced and ISI was very professional with his service and knowledge, then got quoted for a engine oil service and gearbox oil service which again was fairly priced so I did not hesitate to book my car in asap, left the car overnight with ISI and the boys which did an outstanding job and also included a free battery test and full safety check over the car which I was very pleased with. Also got sent a video showing the work and safety inspection being carried out which was quite helpful knowing my car is in good hands. Picked up the car next day and felt really nice to drive especially after the gearbox service ! 1 up to the Isi and his team, will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be back for more work on my other cars in the future.
