Absolutely disgraceful service from this company. Purchased a range hood from the good guys in May 2021. Not working properly from out of box. Lodged service request in May, problem diagnosed over phone, told parts not in country due to covid. Called once a month between May and October and told each time waiting on parts. Told in October they won't be fixing it but replacing instead. That's fine by us. Electrician arrives to replace and brings completely different unit to the one we have. Sent electrician away two weeks ago as not accepting different unit. Not a word from Ariston since! WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES!! AVERAGE PRODUCT!! SHOCKING SERVICE AND REPAIR DEPARTMENT!!!

We have an Ariston front loader it is two years old and nothing but trouble. Ariston do not answer the phone or call back when you leave your details. The five year warranty is useless as they buy parts and send a repair person to put new parts, repeat more new parts so for over two months and many new parts we still have a machine that does not work.

I always use Ariston white goods. Never had any issues. Since I had no issue with the product never bother keeping my receipts. Very first time I had an issue in my washing machine. When I had the issue I realized that I cannot find the original receipt. I contact the Arisit Office they traced my transaction and issued a copy of the invoice. I lodged a warranty clam. Arisit contact me immediately. Due to the Corvid they explained that it will take few day to get a technician which was understandable. However technician arrived on time on the day that they have booked my job and fixed the washing machine within less than 1 hour. My washing machine is back to normal operation and I am so happy for the service. Normally sales people not wanted to know any issue once sale is done. However the national sale manager Patrick Flynn, has no issue helping me all the way to the end. So I would say not only Ariston sell good product but also employee good people as well.

I love my Ariston Microwave/Grill/Oven combo, can easy replace the actual proper oven. It perfect size! Also provided with a crispy round large pizza size plate that makes amazing crispy food. Also comes with steam tray which is very handy.

Bought Ariston’s front load washer and dryer combo from Harvey Norman last week. I was very excited to set it up for the first wash cycle after it got installed.Opened the door of washer to take a look and to my surprise it smelled BAD and had mould inside!We contacted the Harvey Norman customer service and they offered us an exchange.The replacement came in after a few days and this one was even worse! It had a big dent on the outside and it had the same mould and smell issue that the other one had.Totally disappointed!Returned both the machines.You’ve lost a customer Ariston ...

Was encouraged to buy product by a reputable retailer who stated best product on the market Didn’t need a washer or dryer straight away as we were renovating but ended up purchasing both because they were on sale. Removed packaging last Saturday and used product twice both times it beeped with error codes. Rang the after sales service who want to send someone out to fix it This is a brand new product that we Just installed and for the price we paid we don’t expect it to be repaired we expect it to be replaced. We were told by service department bad luck because we purchased it more than 14 days ago. Will never purchase an Ariston product again and am dreading opening the washing machine that is still sitting in its packaging. Would not recommend this product This Is disgraceful service, most companies would replace immediately as a faulty product

To be honest, i have been purchasing products from Ariston. So far no issues . I'm very happy with the products and looking forward to buy more.

Have had issues with our newly purchased dryer with what we found our was a known sensor fault.Was told the part was ordered and will be in contact in a couple of days to book in once the part is in.Phoned up 3 days later as had not heard from anyone from Ariston.Was then told the part had still not been ordered and they have to order it from the Melbourne warehouse.If it is a known fault there should be a recall or at least have the part in stock.

i have been purchasing products from Ariston, dishwasher ,washer, cooker, cooktop, microwave X 2, monster cables, monster power boards and i've had perfect working history on these units. Honestly i have not had a single issue with any appliances. In fact my most recent purchase of cooktop has made a family member very happy and they are looking forward to buying more. a very happy user of ariston appliances
