Appalled! They bought my file from another accountant, never told me that they were now my registered agent, never forwarded ASIC correspondence resulting in late fees. Never thought to check company details on ASIC to see if correct or changed. Could have had a new client, but obviously more interested in volume than actually doing what they say they do on their on hold" audio."
