Awesome experience we had so much fun as a family of 4. This was suitable for our children aged 11 and 14 years old. The tour guide Rueben is fantastic, very friendly and helpful and supports you through the journey. we would most definitely do it again when in Brisbane.

I bought this as a gift for my mothers 50'th because I thought doing something silly and fun would cheer her up after she had moved to Queensland to look after my grandmother with dementia, boy was I wrong. Due to Covid restrictions the coupon I had purchased through Groupon was expiring. To resolve the issue, so that she could use it at a later date, Rueben convinced my mother to send through the booking code so he could cash it in for himself and organise it later. After months of back and forth emailing he finally organised a date and time to do the tour. My mother and her partner waited in the sun for 40 minutes before Rueben arrived, unfortunately by then her parking had expired and they were unable to do the tour. Rueben offered to refund the ticket, only to stop replying to her once she had sent her bank details. I've spoken with Rueben over the phone myself to try and resolve this issue only to be abused and sworn at? Not only is this man completely unprofessional, rude and unpunctual, he is also a thief. $150 I wont be seeing again and unfortunately I was unable to get my mother anything else for her birthday this year.Very disappointing that there a people like this out there. Please don't give your money to this man.

Bought a scoopon voucher about 7 weeks ago. Have tried to book in ever since and only once did someone answer the phone and I was told they were too busy and dealing with bookings closer to the time" and were really rude. Have tried emailing/texting/phoning and finally put in a complaint with scoopon who are reimbursing me. They are also advertised on the entertainment app. Whether discounted or not they simply aren't answering on any platform. DONOT USE THEM

Customers beware as after purchasing one of these tours. As we had waited in the sun for no one to show up. After following up with the missed your. Reuben had got back to me and promised a refund. It's been a few weeks and he hasn't processed anything and is now making excuses not to refund me. Be careful and don't get SCAMMED like I did.

A fantastic experience for all ages! Reuben fitted us in on short notice. I took a 7, 10 and 12 year old all with different confidence levels and abilities. He was great in training everyone at the beginning, making sure everyone knew what they were doing (also very patient). It was such a fun way to see Brisbane, the kids said it was the best thing they did on the trip! Highly recommend booking in!

First ride this morning !!!absolutely great.... Reuben was very friendly and taught us well before we took off. Lots of laughs and enjoyed the whole tour. Definately we will be back for another trip around south Brisbane . Highly recommended for all ages.

Reuben, our guide/instructor, was very friendly and extremely helpful. We bought the tickets as the family fun day for two adults & a child. Our daughter (7 years old) loved it so much. We are planning to do it again soon.Thanks again for a fantastic evening out & about roaming Brisbane City.

I recently booked Xwing for my daughter's birthday and Brian was so good, great fun for kids, thectraining and whole process was well executed safely. Wow our family had the best time on our tour with Rueben. He was so patient and a great instructor and tour guide. We had a weekend in Brisbane and this was a great way to see the city with a limited amount of time. My daughters 9 & 13 had the best time as did my husband and I. We highly recommend this company from booking to keeping updated with weather due to rescheduling really professional and easy to deal with - Thank you.
