Into Blinds

We had Roger come out today for a free measure and quote and wow what can I say!! He’s customer service was phenomenal 10/10. Explained everything in detail even showing us the quality of the rollers the blinds will sit on. Would highly recommend Roger and Into Blinds to anyone looking for custom blinds.

Roger was fantastic, very helpful in showing options and price points.Prompt and flexible with quoting.Mark came through with double checking measurements.I look forward to getting my blinds in 2 1/2 weeks time .Keep you posted!

Absolute shambles. Still waiting for them to come back with a correct fitting shade blind, after the fitter had no choice but to cut it down to size using a knife, so it looks awful. This was after they bungled the first job by not doing the check and measure properly to account for another blind that was already in place. I think I actually had the original visit over 6 months ago!! Even the last visit took ages and ages to arrange. They use someone in customer services with a passive voice to call you so you don't get angry. She says, we'll be sorting this soon. Then weeks later sometimes months when you're about to flip your lid. She calls again and says the same thing. I've been super patient with this lot but had enough now. Hopefully a 1* review will wake them up on multiple review sites.

Just last week I alex and Brendan came to fix a blind at my placeThanks guys. really they were very helpful and professional. They took the time to inspect the other blinds to make sure all in working order. Once again thank you guys.My recommendation truly 5 stars.Regards to you and into blinds.

We had a very good experience with the gentlemen who came out today from Into Blinds called Kirk , he took the time to explain things to us so we don’t have any issues in the future he also went above and beyond to make sure all our blinds were in working order .( which wasn’t what he needed do but he took the time to do it ) really great service !! would highly recommend this company due to this particular individual making it a really easy smooth experience . I made a payment a on the 14th of November, no receipt received and the final invoice did not subtract the deposit.Installation has been terrible. Cord locks were not ordered. I just want to cry out of frustration as it is now April and two of the four blinds are still faulty. One has a hole in it and the other is different than all the others. They also do not sit properly when both open. No idea when we will get what we ordered. Have asked for a manager or the owner to speak to me but still this has not happened. Service has been appalling.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for great quality curtains and blinds. A huge selection of fabrics to choose from and the quality of the sheer and roller mechanics feel excellent. So impressed with the Roger who help us with all selections . Had our order turned around from measure to installation in 3 WEEKS to have nearly the whole house done.Going to love our new blinds, thanks Roger!
