Had a job for a plumber and called Jim and organised for him to come out to repair the leaking HWS. I had a massive leak at my place and my lawn was puddling up. I desperately called a few plumbers and Jim was the first to respond and soothe my nerves. Despite it being a weekend and a scorcher of a day he turned up and went about the job in a very professional manner. He managed to detect the leak in no time and dug up the ground to point at a burst pipe. He managed to source broken parts and fixed it as well. Despite having to source additional parts and spend longer than anticipated hours he stuck to the agreed price! And yes, he is very very reasonable. He even gave me an invoice and submitted a leak report to WaterCorp! I would recommend him anytime, any day. What a man!
