Hands down, best in the business. Impeccable communication and have had nothing but pleasant dealings with Eddie and the team. Nothing is ever too large or too small of a request and he has made doing my renovations a walk in the park. Such a relief to have a reliable builder that doesn't run the bill up to try and make a sneaky earn. Will continue to use Beith for many years to come.

Wonderful experience working with Eddie on part 1 of our showroom project. Eddie not only assisted us in the conversion of our warehouse but suggested on ways to make the showroom practical for the purpose of our usage. His carpenters, electrician, tilers were of high quality workmanship and gave very good opinion while working with the concept that we were trying to achieve. What impressed us the most is the open communication and responsiveness that Eddie had with us under such a tight time frame. We are looking forward to the part 2 of our showroom project under Eddie’s direction.

We were looking at putting a pool in and I was given Eddies number from a mutual friend. Eddie and his team at Beith Building and Developments/Total Concept Pools did not let us down. When coming to quote on the job, he was on time. His quote itself was very competitive and we were confident in using him from the word go. He guaranteed us we would be swimming in the pool before Christmas which was our plan and to his and the teams credit, they worked hard and got us in a month before hand! Beith Building and Developments are our go to builders now! This was our first experience with Eddie and his team who was recommended to us by friends and the 2020 renovation of our home in Burleigh Heads exceeded our expectations. Our vision was brought to life! In addition to putting a pool in, which Eddie’s pool company Total Concept Pools was able to do, we needed a new front fence, external tiling, new front entry and internal office space.
