Absolutely hopeless. Quick to take a deposit, but zero work performed. Multiple no-shows on clear weather days, and never actually showed up to do any work whatsoever. Zero communication before any of the no-shows to give any sort of heads up. Quoted and promised licensed roofers, but refused to supply any licence details. Now having to fight them to get the deposit back. If you can actually get a hold of Casey Bautista in between him screening calls and ignoring messages, you can expect a bunch of excuses, and essentially nothing that he promises to actually happen. Avoid this company like the plague!
