Studio Pilates International Southport
Had my first class at Studio Pilates today and absolutely loved it. The space is beautiful and the staff are wonderful...very knowledgeable, attentive and give excellent verbal cues to ensure you’re activating the correct muscles. Highly recommend!

I have never tried Pilates before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, from day one they called me by my name and are always there by your side to guide you through the exercises. Its a great work out and I have really enjoyed my classes at Studio Pilates - highly recommend!!!

Studio Pilates International Southport
I joined up at Studio Pilates Southport a few weeks ago now and I truly cannot recommend it enough. The instructors are all super friendly and helpful and never make you feel uncomfortable or intimidated in the classes. The space itself is always clean and I love having the workouts on the tv screens to watch. Everyone who attends Studio Pilates is also so friendly and welcoming! It's safe to say I'm addicted to coming here.

I worried I might not be the Pilates type, I'm in my 60's and have never been to a gym. (I imagined everyone to be young perfect specimens with matching workout sets for every day of the week.) Not so.The orientation session introduced me to the Reformer and all the instructors are so friendly and helpful. Every session is varied and focused. My connection to and control over my body is increasing with every session. Thanks team.

I was new to Pilates when starting at this studio around 2 months ago. I’m so thrilled to find an exercise class that I actually look forward to and love! You can see and feel your progress with each class. Lara, Lauren and the team are so lovely and excellent instructors, helping to make any necessary adjustments which has been great as a beginner. It’s so easy to book a class via the app, with plenty of class times and each class is different so boredom is not a problem. You continue to do new exercises and there is always room to increase the challenge if you want or need.

This studio is amazing. As a first timer the orientation class was great, loved how they went through basic moves and how to use the machine.The small classes are great as it allows the instructor to help with your form. Julianne is an amazing instructor, super lovely and pushes you in your workouts.

After a month of classes, I can safely say I love the Studio Pilates exercise format and especially this location! It’s a very beginner-friendly way to work out and the trainers are super helpful while making you feel comfortable and confident.

Love this pilates studio sooo much! It has the most amazing instructors that do so well to motivate each person throughout the class and correct your positioning to ensure you do each activity correctly. I've tried various reformer pilates studios on the coast and this has to be by far the most challenging and rewarding studio by far. Try out this studio and I can guarantee you will not only want to become best friends with every single instructor, but you will also become addicted to the workout and how good you feel after every session!

Such a lovely staffs !!! I purchase 50packs ticket every time and go to the studio 2-3days in a week.I really enjoy classes because of the staffs.They are so kind and always cheer me up.Needless to say their advice is always perfect.They take care of all students during the class.Absolutely my happy time!
