Richard delivered my Permobil M3 wheelchair and I cannot thank him enough. His customer service, his knowledge in regards to the chair and his professionalism is so far superior to any other company there is. My own electric wheelchair broke down and I needed an urgent hire chair until mine could be replaced.The team at Urgoform were brilliant. Lyndon, who took my call, was professional and knowledgeable.Tracey, in accounts, bent over backwards to help me with the NDIS and paperwork side of things and Richard went out of his way to ensure that the chair fitted me well and was properly set up to meet my needs.He fine tuned the seating and practically made a made to measure arm rest for me. The chair is an as new, very comfortable, electric chair and the service was brilliant. From making the initial phone call to driving away in the hire chair took only a few hours.Highly recommend Richard and the whole team at Urgoform

Richard fitted my seven year old son with his new wheelchair and has done such an amazing job for us. The attention to detail with getting things right for my son both mechanically and aesthetically (can't wait to get the super cool spoke guards!) has been fantastic. And he's always such a pleasure to deal with for our whole family which is so so nice.
