We used DH painting to clean up our old, busted rental before moving out. The lads were down to Earth & helpful at every point of contact, turned up on time each day & did a 10/10 job on the areas that needed some TLC. I especially liked how they made a very clear effort to not make a mess & left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived. We got our bond back in full & are beyond happy with the service provided.

We used DHP to help restore an old school boarding house which we were renovating for a community project to bless local families and youth. The building was difficult to paint, and very old and tired after being unused for 4 years. They helped with all our questions, choosing colours, and we were so impressed with the final product. Darryl, Allan and the lads were a pleasure to deal with; punctual, excellent with communication, and carried a friendly and professional manner. This project was reliant on fundraising and we were blown away by the incredible generosity of DHP. They went above and beyond, painting double the amount of areas that we couldn’t afford to do. I have been meaning to leave a review for Alan and his team for a job they did for me some time back. It was a 40m picket fence that I had recently put in on my home. I have to say this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had with a trades business. Alan was all over it from from start to finish including providing advice on paint selection. The quote provided was extremely reasonable. Alan was always punctual for every meeting we had and rocked up on the day of the job ready to start on the dot. The workmanship was excellent; straight lines and no patchy/missed spots; and the whole job was completed in a timely manner with no mucking around. Cannot recommend Darryl Hathaway Painting enough especially Alan. They are not the cheapest but they are definitely one of the best. Worth every dollar.
