Police auction Victoria (Breen Auction Group) is very interesting place with a variety of things. I liked the staff as they are very cooperative and provide complete information. The prices are not bad. I love to recommend. Thanks

Kevin has a bad habit of where there are multiple bids at the auction price, he happily increases your bid to the next price, not very pleasant when there are 4 bids at the once price, and he adds an extra $100 to your bid! I don't think this hapens at Christies- illegal?

Good place to go if you want to pay just slightly below retail for stuff that might have a small chance of working.

The place is nothing but a scam, plus fake bids stay away from this place

Kevin is the auctioneer if a few hands go up at same time to bid at say $50 he just takes all hands as increasing bids not to just the next bid. Staff are great. There was a 16.5% buyers premium. Recently this premium has risen to 22% which is almost quarter of the purchase price! $250 deposit to register. Catalogues are not free. Too many people go meaning there are very little bargains.

I barely ever write a review however I felt I had to after visiting Breen Auction Group today. I contacted Breen's regarding the purchase of some office cabinets, I was promptly served by a terrific bloke named Andrew. He gave me all the information I required and said I could come and collect whenever convenient. Upon arriving I was greeted by Andrew, what a great experience it was to be served by such a happy and professional guy. He walked me over to the items, let me choose the specific cabinets I wanted and then proceeded to load all of them in my trailer. Could not have asked for a better transaction. In fact I was so happy I came back later that day and bought another six. This time I was served by both Andrew and Billy. Both guys are great blokes and a asset to their employer. I hope the owner appreciates the quality staff he has working for him. I highly recommend Breen Auction Group and will be purchasing more items in the future.
