Luxsa Therapy Thai Massage (Brighton)

Honestly this place is pure bliss! Walked out floating feeling like my massage therapist intuitively knew exactly what I needed with the perfect amount of pressure. Almost fell asleep it was that good. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

What a waste of 90mins. I was so looking forward to this, first time back since Covid. The girl massaging me had no idea, her pressure was all over the place, she didn’t concentrate on the specific areas I asked for and she didn’t respond well to my comments. I know it can be luck of the draw but this place use to be consistent. Not anymore ☹️

Had to cancel and reschedule. They were most gracious and very helpful. Looking forward to our massage. Keep you posted.

Had to ask several times for more pressure, firmer, harder. Basically begging for the masseuse to do more than tickle me, alas, my muscles are just as tense walking out as walking in.The facility was clean, staff were very friendly and I am sure they probably do a good relaxation massage. Just don't bother if you are an active person who needs a deep tissue massage.

If you read the reviews for this place It was different. Great service consistent fantastic customer service experience with all the time and effort. Yesterday, after many years it was disappointing. Prices had gone up (and it was to be expected after 6 months) but not by $5 to but $10 extra. However, my massage was also different boring same strokes over and over lack lustre . I asked for Combination because that is what I wanted . I did not receive this. If the therapist was new it showed inexperience. No training.what made this different was consistent staff service delivery. There was no pleasant beginning or end of massage and certainly no niceties..extras like an offer tea ,of a seat and a quick chat. Order of service was missing.Not the positive friendly experience that set this business apart. The business was exceptional management before. If it has changed ownership? it showed. I hope this is not the case as it will be one of the many businesses that have been lost due to Covid. I hope you take this review positively because I missed the customer experience here yesterday and that is why we as customers keep coming back. Consistrnt reliable friendly. If not, you seek a another place. Please don't disappoint please lift your game to your former self.

Honestly, amazing. Professional, clean and well trained staff who actually want to give you a real massage and relieve actual muscular-skeletal pain. What a place.Easy online booking and just awesome !

Been these two few years ago, don't know if anything change~Like the one at Carnegie also this one at Brighton(nice environment) because they have coconut oil for you to choose with just little bit$Massage is not bad but customer service always good~
