Bundanoon Massage Therapy
The stars aligned for my first visit to Bundanoon Massage Therapy. Warm, friendly and professional front of house. Therapist, Jana, provided a sound assessment of the problem and delivered a most relaxing yet firm and targeted hour of upper body treatment including hot stones, head to hips and shoulder to fingertips. Bliss! Came away with greater movement, advice on what to expect in the next few days and tips for exercises to prevent the problem recurring. I am looking forward to my next massage.
