I had a facial today with Kirsten today and it was amazing. Her hands are magical. I felt so relaxed and pampered, definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself to a fabulous relaxing facial.

Go elsewhere these people lack integrity, don't kid yourself you certainly won't feel beautiful after leaving that salon, I spent $500, and I wasn't happy with the resultsAfter a condescending phone call from the manager of the clinic....they do not accept responsibility, so I was at faultI then tried to contact head office, I did mention my experience, but talking to a bot got me nowhere,I bet I'm not the only one....Reviews are from real peopleThat was my experienceWhat a waste of my time and money.......one star so I could post this review

Went in to start laser hair removal on my back & finished with a nice relaxing massage after, staff are friendly & it is a nice relaxed environment. Booked in again for another session followed by a massage so safe to say this is now my go to in redcliffe, 5 stars all day

After many bad experiences with waxing over the years I will never go anywhere else but Brazilian Beauty. The technique the staff are taught is the least painful wax I have ever had. The staff are also very friendly and make you feel at ease

I had a wax with Lani today and honestly, it was one of the best waxes ive ever had! It was quick but you could tell Lani was taking care with it. Not to mention it was one of the least painful waxes I've had, despite being well overdue! 5* for the overall experience, couldn't fault it

I can't speak highly enough of their waxing service. I've been going there for almost 3 years , and I've always recieved friendly, efficient, effective and professional servuce. Great technique that has minimal pain, and always do a great job. More importantly thwy make you feel as comfortable as possible. Claudia and Mia are amazing!

Honestly hands down the best service I have ever had. I will forever be going to BB at redcliffe. I don’t think I have ever been that well looked after and felt that comfortable in my own skin talking to a professional about my insecurities before! Absolutely love!

Went for full leg wax yesterday. Poor girl in Redcliffe salon was by herself and said she was that busy she didn't even have time to go to the loo. Did full leg wax in 10minutes. When I got home I found she had not waxed either of my knees and there were patches she had missed everywhere. Had to redo them myself. $62.80 wasted! Will never go there again.
