Excellent customer service from the lady at counter 5 today 8/2/23. Around 11is. Very straight forward and easy to work with . 100 percent recommend this brand compared to the Tranmere Branch.

Called Services SA today to see if my new personalised number plates I had ordered online had come in, because I hadn't received an email or call to say they were in yet and it had been almost 2 weeks. Asked the gentleman on the phone if my partner could go in and pick up the plates instead of me going in. He said yes as long as my partner has his licence with him and it has the same address as mine, and as long as he has a copy of the receipts from payment. That is fine.My partner goes into services SA, gets his ticket. He waits 45 minutes to get called up to the counter and is told by a very rude lady that he can not collect the plates. He tells the lady about my phone call and she says nope, you cannot collect them, the car is not registered in your name.If I was told that on the phone originally it would have saved a lot of time wasted and lot of mucking around.

Such a amazing staff “Melisa”. Hope I spelled right at counter 6. So supportive and nice. 5 mins early I went to counter 2 , I didn’t had good experience.But overall thank you team.

Good service but incredibly long wait time for something that took me 5 seconds to do. Waited 30 minutes just for a 20 second conversation.

The lady at the door is right on top of her job. Let her know why you are there and she will set you up quickly and expertly.The numbering system ensures that you are served fairly and seating appears adequate. But to avoid fairly tiresome and lengthy queues, get in early.

There should be an option for 0 stars. Just another useless government organisation that charges gratuituous amounts of money for a slow and agonising service. Monkeys could run this better

The staff really do try their best but the place is flat out. Abuse of staff is also relatively common and that would wear you down if working here after a while. The line to enter regularly goes outside the door, and the waiting room is often packed. I hate coming here because there is always a delay, and I dislike the fact that 'why' I come here can't simply be done online. It's inefficient and really demonstrates the waste and inefficiencies of government agencies.

The staff were helpful and courteous. In and out in under 15 minutes, despite the line being out the door and down the road (largely because my appointment type let me jump some of the queue). Ridiculously understaffed and under-resourced but doing a great job with what they had.
