We booked avant-garde for our wedding and had a terrible experience.Jennah is possibly the worst communicator I have come across in business. She regularly took more than 2 weeks to reply to an email or text, and don’t even bother trying to call or leave a message, because there will be no reply.Aside from this- the link that was given to us to share with our guests had someone else’s name on the website, creating much confusion.Then the names and contact details of our guests were shared with someone else, and we received the list from a different event! Breach of privacy much!Leading up to the event, we literally had no idea whether they were going to turn up or not, due to the fact that we just couldn’t get in contact.After the event, we waited for 4 weeks before reaching out about our $500 cash bond. Once again - no reply. 2 weeks after sending an email to chase up our money, we had to threaten that we would go to Fair Trading, and Bingo! She replies...Jennah will tell you how busy she is, but no one is so busy that it takes more than 2 weeks to reply to an email or text - that is pure laziness.It starts to make sense why she keeps on creating ‘new business names’. Currently has avant-garde, glamp nation and flash camp.Very dodgy in my opinion. I know that if we didn’t chase that money, it was not going to come voluntarily.Terrible business owner - go elsewhere.
