If I could give them less than 1 star I wouldI used ‘Carpet & Bond Cleaning Brisbane’ their company name on Facebook. Leads you to this company’s website and you’re invoiced by this companyPrices they make you pay are not what is quoted on their websiteDo not use this companyThey are unreliable, ridiculously expensive and charge you for services they do not deliver. They missed a whole room of the end of lease bond clean and refuse to pay a partial refund for the room they didn’t do. They seem to not understand the concept of ‘end of lease’ and were only prepared to return several days after the lease had ended and keys were handed back to clean the room they missed. After being informed this wasn’t possible and asking for a partial refund for the room missed they refused and insisted the only thing they would do was go back and fit in the room they missed.They are thieves and charge insane prices that are not worth the service they provide. I have never encountered such lacklustre services, subpar communication and just all round appalling professionalism. I have reported them to the ACCCSave your money. Do NOT use this company

I have owned a cleaning business myself and this was by far best carpet clean Ive seen in years from start to finish. The booking was easy and hassle free, the operator was punctual, reliable and flexible on the day as he was able to come back a few hours later due to unforseen circumstances. The carpet clean was done efficiently and all stains were removed completely (even make up and ink). The carpets were dry within a couple of hours on a rainy afternoon in winter and left smelling fresh and feeling soft and product free. All staff were professional and friendly in all thier conduct and I will definitely be using Home and Garden Services again and recommending the business to friends. Highly recommended!

They are not professional at all. Hire them only if you need general cleaning of the house. I was willing to pay them even after their warranty period expired but they did not support us. He has explicitly stated that almost bond cleaning but cannot guarantee this.
