I requested 2 original death certificates for my mother’s funeral they were never sent to me and I’m the executor of the estateWhen I questioned peter about this today I was advised that he sent only one to my solicitor and he could only get one and would not be getting anymore said good bye and hung up the phoneAs I have not received what I asked for I now question the price of the funeral as the invoice is not itemisedI’d like to know how many death certificates I’m paying forI’ve found peter to be incredibly rude throughout the entire processMy wife is in disbelief that a funeral director could act with such contempt for a grieving familyI would not recommend piddingtons to anyone
