I needed some small glass panels for some broken glass lanterns that we plan to use for wedding table decorations. They were very helpful and provided exactly what I needed at a resonable prices as well as adding some extra panels I can store in case any of the lanterns break again as we are setting up for the wedding day. Very impressed with the above and beyond service I experinced.

Was not happy with the level of service from the technician that did the original jobHe put the wrong mesh on my screen door and I had to make 3 phone call over 6 days for them to finally send another technician to do the job rightWon’t be using your business again

Very well done to Kevin for the fantastic job done on a surprise present. Kevin was extremely helpful with all questions and even went out of his way to take a professional photo for me when we realised that the 1 I had wouldn't print correctly. The glass print turned out even better than we expected and done very quickly. We will be back and several friends have asked for details of where to go to these wonderful features done. Well done Kevin and Wagga glass and aluminium.

Very poor service, constantly having to chase them up. We paid a deposit for services over 3 months ago have not heard anything. They dont respond to emails. I cant comment on their work as I have not seen any yet.

We had a quote organised with a visit from one of their guys and were told we would receive the quote within a couple of days. When contacting them I was told the end of the week because they were snowed under. Called again today ( half a week after the quote was overdue) and was told by the end of this week. I don’t like running businesses down but when other companies get back to you within48 hours and a follow up call to see if we were happy with the service it makes the choice extremely simple. Maybe try calling potential buyers if your snowed under, communication helps a lot. Best if luck.
