Although handy for me, unfortunately on more than a handful of occasions over time I've not only had bad service from the 2 women that work there, but have witnessed the one called nina being rude to people and with attitude on a number of occasions.

Didn’t have 91 at one of the pumps and didn’t have any sign up saying so, the blonde lady at the cashier named Nina was extremely rude about it when I nicely asked her about the price difference and no signage.

Bloody disgusting experience, try to say don't swap ng go large gas bottles.Then tries too get close, no careabout social.distanceing, then gave me the wrong key. Absolutely not on!! Avoid this place

Much better place to go now Matt no longer works there all he did was complain about the other staff. Nina is an absolute pleasure always happy to chat and spend time when she isn’t busy very personal service from her narrelle is also a lovely person very happy and always Remembers me. Don’t really see other staff as I work shift work but Nina and narrelle are two of the best staff there thank you ladies!

Usually is a good experience when the young guy or the foreign lady is there, but the older guy is extremely rude and gets very annoyed about doing his job, he had the door locked by 7:30 pm then I went in and he was already annoyed that he had to open the door for me, I proceeded to look in the drinks fridge, and he said in what seemed to be a friendly way to let him know when I'm ready and started fiddling with the coffee machine. I grabbed what I wanted tried to take my time for him, then I said okay I'm ready when you are while waiting at the counter. Heard a massive bang as he slammed the coffee machine shut then began slamming things around and swearing and muttering things under his breath on his way back to the cash register yanked the security door open then slammed it shut behind himself, then gave me so much attitude snatched my products off the counter roughly scanned it all slammed it back down, and said there you go in a rude manner. Then another customer was trying to come in and he began sighing and acted annoyed about it.

The lady there is so rude, I didn’t know how the discount for fuel work and she started shouting at me ,and I told her before that I don’t know how it worked, really poor customer service. If she doesn’t like working there she should resign.
