Wide range of household appliances, many of which feature high technologies that are not readily available in most other brands. Super long warranty indicates confidence of their products and warranty is provided by HN service to my knowledge.

I doubt the ovens meet Australian Standards.The handles are razor sharp and can cut. The rail system is poor quality and jambs forcing you to push it manually with your hand.

Had the ac and hotwater installed from Midea this year. Fantastic work and very professional. The customer service is great withand wonderful products. Strongly recommed if anyone would like to install appliances or electrician service. Well done Midea!!

Bought a portable AC from Midea, the staff are very nice and professional, they explained everything very well. The AC is very easy to install, it cools down the room in about 10-15mins. It also comes with a remote, really handy and easy to use. Highly recommend this product and brand:)

Bought an i5 Advance robot vacuum from them. Delivered to doorstep for free. Absolutely amazing customer service. They provided tech support for me even during after hours. Really happy with the product and service. Highly recommend the vacuum, reasonably priced and great functionality.
