The staff at Independent Living is genuinely interested in helping and go above and beyond. I had a need for urgent wheel chair and they loaned me the chair without a hassle and didn’t take any money from me.I am ever grateful for generosity by Independent Living. I went in to Castle Hill store to buy some toilet aids for my 87 yo father who had a bad fall. The sales girl in the store was so unhelpful - either way I ended up buying what I needed from there as my father was coming home from hospital in a few days.There was a bowl that needed to be purchased separately and the lady in the store told me it will arrive in 2 - 3 days.3 days went past and called them to ask had it arrived and they said it will be 3 weeks at least.When I asked why did you tell me when I was in the store it would be 2 days she replied back I don't know but its not going to happen".They basically sold me something and where not interested after taking my money.I ended up purchasing the extra bowl from another store.I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone ."

We have been dealing with Castle Hill NSW store & have been very happy with the way the communicated & assisted us with our recent large purchase. There were stock issues with the product we wanted & they provided a solution that we were very happy with. They definately care about their customers, thanks ladies!

Rang and put a walker on hold for my father-in-law, when I arrived they had sold it to someone else. Worst customer service, not at all concerned about the disappointment and inconvenience but happy to show me some more expensive walkers.

I recently took my mums walker back to the independent living store at castle hill as one of the screws had fallen out. The ladies were super helpful finding a replacement part and installing it, even though the walker was out of warranty. They also checked it over making sure the brakes were working correctly and tightened it all up for us. Great friendly service, thank you!!

Susan at Independent Living in Castle Hill NSW gave SERVICE to me today, not like Port Macquarie Independent Living who ordered the wrong part and it took 18 months we still did not have .resolution.My mum and I drove to Sydney in March I called Lane Cove Head Office who still have not phoned me as the Karma Wheel chair was still under warranty.All that was needed was a bolt. Susan got out her tool kit a added the bolt.IT IS VERY CLEAR YO ME THAT IF YOU WANT A JOB DONE EFFICIENTLY. I saw on your website a set of Disability cutlery (4 pieces) for $17.99 but I wanted.to actually see the product before buying so we went to your store in Castle Hill. The staff member (Susan, I think) said it was $17.99 per piece, not for the set. She argued the point with me even when I showed her it online with the picture of 4 pieces & the $17.99 price next to it. I worked in retail pharmacy for 36yrs and if we advertised anything at a certain price, that is what we had to sell it for, even if we had made the mistake of underpricing it. I did end up buying the set for $60 (she said she'd give me discounted.price - ha ha) as my husband needs it. I am not happy because this to me is False Advertising, or at the least it's deceitful advertising and it needs to be fixed on your website before other potential customers are also deceived. I'm a very unhappy customer.

I have purchased twice from the Independent Living Specialists at Castle Hill and on both occasions the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I felt very welcome in the store and they took the time to answer all my questions. I also found the prices to be very competitive. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service.

To The Manager and State Manager of Independent Living Specialists, Castle Hill.My family arrived at your store this afternoon after discussing about chairs with myself and my wife who work in health care industry.We felt my father would benefit from an Electric Recliner Chair.Upon arrival we were greeted by two Sales Reps who made us all feel welcome and were able to explain things in layman terms for my parents to understand.Throughout our time in the showroom both the staff went out of their way to ensure that my parents understood the operating of the chair along with the information which was provided with the invitation to revisit should we require clarification from the information which was given to us.From Scott & Tracy LarkingWith Thanks
