Very unprofessional team. Bought a suitcase click n collect, it took them one week to send me email to pick up and then when i went to pick it up they said its not ready. And when i asked them questions about who sent me the email everyone repeatedly answering I don’t know. So they decided to post it to me instead of going back there again, 4/5 days later i received a phone call to go pick it up. When i went there to pick it up n asked them why they didn’t post it to me? Again the famous answer ( I don’t know) so if anyone has a question about there order you better ask McDonald or kfc staff probably they know more than strand bag staffs.

Amazing customer service by Krystal! I honestly didn't expect her to get above and beyond for me as a new customer but she did! She travelled all the way to Leichhardt to get my suitcases just so they would arrive on time for me to pick up. I'm so happy with my experience with her. She's super friendly, always has a smile on her face (which is rare these days in retail, unfortunately) and shows just how willing she is to help customers out.

Sold me a bag with a broken lock had to spend 50 bucks extra to get it fixed by this obscure place in the cbd which took days to fix almost missed my trip because of this place.
