we booked in metung panorama from 27/12/2019-29/12/2019.When we reached at the property was stingy and filthy .It was the worst place we been too.we couldnt stay at the property due to condition,so have to drive back to melbourne on the same day we checked in.Dont even deserve one star .contacted holiday makers few times still they haven't replied . awful experience ......

Stayed at the Fairhaven. Absolutely beautiful views and access to the river. Very comfortable

BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!My original booking for Herronswood cottage was to arrive 8 Oct 2021 at $263 per night, booked on Airbnb. I was really excited to be able to get away and decided to book an additional night to arrive on the 7th now. I was told I could do this for the single night rate of $380. I asked if this was accurate and she rudely insisted she was correct. I ask if she was the manager (I promise I'm not a Ken), she put the manager on and she simply made appropriate adjustments to make it $263 for the additional night.I mentioned I will be arriving after dark, no lights were on, I walked around the property in search of the key box, eventually found it on a post in the dark car port. Went to what looked like the front door to get in. I was in a tee-shirt as it was warm and I was being attacked by swarms of mosquitos. The key wouldn't work in the lock. I walked around, the only other door was a shed door under the carport. I called, they said to use the other door, I asked if she meant the shed door, she said that was the actual door (go figure). The place was full of mozzies, no spray at all. I could very quickly see that this is an issue because the cleaners don't even bother cleaning other squashed mozzies from previous guests. I just added to the squashed mozzies on the wall collection. I thought I would have a cuppa and settle in. Bing - bong, no tea bags, no nothing! Zero start provisions. I decided I will have a wine instead, went to grag a wine glass.....bing - bong, no wine glasses, only two dirty champagne glasses inside the dirty cupboards. The coffee machine advertised on Airbnb turns out to be a french press (Plunger). I went to bed because if I saw anymore dirt I would have had nightmares. Morning comes and I look to the curtains less than a metre from my pillow, the CURTAINS ARE FULL OF MOULD! I kid you not! I called the host, they were very indignant and said nobody has ever made a complaint before". I sent her the video that I took. I then contacted Airbnb to cancel because this place was disgustingly filthy and should be shut down until proper deep cleaning happens. Airbnb refunded me for the two unused nights

This would have to be one of the poorest services I have ever used. We want to go and support tge towns but poor customer service doent help. This is the second time we have been very disappointed. First time we booked a house the fridge wasn't working and didnt get replaced until 2 days later. All the food we brought up for group of 12 went off as it was a 35 degree day. Made a complaint and got no feedback. This time round, we requested a booking via email, left over 5 messages on their phone without it being answered and forget the call back. Just bad customer service.

Rude, Unprofessional Service. The lady we spoke to regarding our booking was hostile and rude. Do not recommend.
