Sarah and Integrity have been so lovely and supportive through the hardest event of my life. Losing my mum has broken my heart, and Sarah has understood and comforted me the whole way through this horrible process. If you find yourself in the sad situation where you need to farewell a loved one, I would highly recommend Integrity. Thank you for everything Sarah.

Tracey and the team were amazing organising a beautiful service with a very short lead time. No upselling and the service went through without a hitch. Father John also tailor made a beautiful speech from the information we had supplied which summed up our Mother wonderfully. Thank you all so much for making this sad time for our family as trouble-free as possible.

On behalf of our family, I would like to say a huge thank you to Integrity Funerals, especially Joe, Erica and Blair.The way that you made every step of the process feel doable, and the personal touches that were added to Dads service, were perfectly chosen for him. The feedback that we have received from friends and family regarding the service has been faultless.Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly answer all our questions, no matter what they were. You have all made this week so much easier for our family and we couldn't have had a better send off for our Dad.If we are unfortunate enough to find ourselves in this predicament again in the future, Joe will be our first call for sure!

I can not thank all of the staff at Integrity Funerals particularly Blair, Tracey & Sharon for caring for my brother and providing us with the exact funeral that we wanted. Every request, some on short notice, were meet and at a stressful time their support, guidance and additional small touches helped us to plan and celebrate his life perfectly. The venue is gorgeous and provides a peaceful place to celebrate and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Integrity Funerals again based on this experience.

My mums celebration of life was yesterday. I can not thank Rowan, Tracey and Kim enough for their kindness and support. The service was beautiful. The whole team were so caring and professional. Loosing mum was heartbreaking, the team were so easy to talk to. I know she would have been happy and so proud. It couldn’t have been more perfect than it was. Thank you for helping us make this day so special in honour of my gorgeous mum.

Amazing, professional service from Tracey and the whole team. Unbelievable how quickly and efficiently they could produce a beautiful service especially under the current circumstances, including all the audiovisual requirements for the live streaming video service. Kazie was an amazing celebrant as well. They were always kind and caring at a difficult time, cannot thank you enough. We hope to not require your services too soon (no offence!) but if and when we do we will be using you.

Joe who coordinated my son's funeral is an absolutely amazing human. He went above and beyond to source the casket we wanted, prepared our son to bring him home for a few days, decorated the venue as well as the hearse personally and perfectly. Everyone of my family and friends mentioned to me what a wonderful guy He is and how much they liked him. When you are going through immense heartache after the loss of your child, there is no one else I could reccomend more. Our beloved mother passed away, and if that’s not stressful enough, organizing a funeral and wake is the last thing on ones mind. Meeting with Joe Gjerek at Integrity Funerals was the best decision we made. A friend referred us and we are so grateful we decided to entrust them with our dearest mother.They were so incredibly professional, loving, understanding and so compassionate. Joe made it so easy for us, he answered all of our questions in a timely manner and with the utmost respect. The service was conducted by a seasoned priest, the location was absolutely perfect and it was executed with such precision and such respect. I will never forgot the tender, love and care they showed to our mother, to us the family and to all our guests who attended.They know how to create an elegant space that is classy and tasteful. They created the slideshow and added the music, placed the flowers and her memorabilia, they had water coming down the windows and there was such an inviting aura and presence for such a special day.I will never forget how beautiful this service was, my mother would’ve loved it.
