Very much encouraging to become mentally physically healthy

I just did the Leading Through Burnout and Fatigue course with The Change Room and highly recommend it. The course opened my eyes to how I can be a better leader in my company and most importantly how I can be a better version of myself. The people at this company are truly inspirational and deeply care about about what they do and the people who come to their courses. This course has changed my life for the better and if I could give it 10 stars I would.I am extremely grateful for their help and guidance in helping me face the many challenges we all face in day to day living and in the workplace. Doing this course will definetley help me with staff management/leadership and help me to get the best out of my myself and staff and allow my staff and myself to achieve better work satisfaction and more importantly a better work/life balance which can only be better for my myself and my staff.

Every year I choose charity hampers to send as a thank you from our family. They have a lovely range of products and the hampers are always delivered on time. It is great to know that part of our purchase goes to a charity too!
